Will has started dragging around anything that has any sort of string...
At one year, Will is:
Eating three meals a day (mostly self-feeds, but occasionally still gets baby oatmeal or a chunky puree), with an afternoon snack and a bottle at bedtime (sippy cup during the day).
Taking two naps a day, usually an hour in the morning and an hour or more in the afternoon
Sleeping from around 8:00 p.m. until around 7:00 a.m. most days
Starting to run, but that usually ends in a spill after his top half gets ahead of his bottom half
Saying mama a little more regularly and working on dada
Running to the back door when he hears it unlocking and I say "Will, daddy's home!" (with Laney by his side, as usual)
Attempting to crawl out of grocery carts (especially when the buckles don't work too well and the strap gets a little loose) and crawl onto anything he can get his knee on
Waving bye-bye, giving high-fives, and working on blowing kisses
Giving the best little hugs (before he pushes away from you to go play again)
Starting to throw balls, especially balls for Laney to fetch
Working on cutting tooth number 7 (he has 4 on top and 2 on bottom)
Weighing 22 pounds 11 ounces (50th percentile), with a head circumference of 18 1/2 inches (70th percentile) and a length of 31 inches (80th percentile)

Happy Birthday Will! We can't wait to celebrate with you in a few weeks.
