Birthday Celebration

Will's birthday celebration started last Tuesday (his actual birthday) and continued on Wednesday when he opened his gift from us--a Little Tykes Cozy Coupe (aka Flinstones Car). (We didn't quite have it put together in time.) He is really enjoying it--we take lots of drives around the house throughout the day. These cars have really come along. They now have removeable floorboards, so kiddos can be pushed when they are younger and their feet won't get sucked under the car.





Will's initial preferred way to exit his new car (he has now figured out how to step out)



On Friday night we celebrated Will's birthday with Billy's immediate family by having a little party at the OU Team Hotel so Will's Uncle Brian could be a part of the gathering. Will received lots of great gifts, including a rocking zebra!











Will also enjoyed his first cupcake--he pretty much demolished it. At first he got lots of icing on his hands and didn't seem to like that feeling too much, but once he got some icing and cake in his mouth, the stickiness seemed A-ok!







Will also received a toy train and has really gotten the hang of driving it around--what little boy doesn't need his first choo-choo train?
