Happy Easter!

We started our Easter weekend by dyeing Easter eggs with Will. After Billy showed him that the goal was to put the eggs into the cups, he efficiently put all 11 remaining eggs in the cups to a point where some of them weren't covered in dye. There are only 11 eggs in the picture of the finished products since Will decided to spike one of the eggs like a football. After realizing he cracked it, he proclaimed "uh-oh" and proceeded to investigate by shoving his fingers into egg yolk. It turned into a messy, but very fun, activity.

On Sunday Will received an Easter basket full of little goodies.

Later that day we had a little Easter egg hunt for Will in our front yard. He hunted his eggs all by himself, but I realized that he might need a new basket next year that only has one handle to hold. After he learned that the eggs were filled with Gerber toddler treats and Goldfish crackers we had a little snack picnic in the yard.

Look closely to see the bubbles we blew for Will with his new bubble gun. He sort of looks like he's crying, but he's really squealing in delight at all the bubbles.
