School's Out For The Summer

Will's school (aka Mother's Day Out program) is out for the summer. He'll start back up in September and will be going one day a week from 9-2:30. For a stay-at-home mom, Mother's Day Out is truly a blessing--not only does it give me about 5 hours a week to do things that are really hard to do with a toddler (dentist, doctor, quick errands requiring you to run in for a total of 5 minutes, etc.), but it gives Will the opportunity to learn to interact with adults outside of his family and to work on his social skills with other kids. While he is there he plays, creates artwork, sings, dances, etc. while also eating his lunch and taking a nap.

This week we received a picture c.d. from his summer at school. Enjoy! (Side note: As you will likely be able to tell, Will is cutting his two year molars--hence the constant fingers in the mouth)

Finally, it's naptime!
