Weekend of Will

As I've said before, I have been feeling guilty because this summer is passing us by and due to Cate's birth Will has spent a lot of time at home doing the same ol' things. We decided to make this a weekend for Will. We started by taking a trip to the circus. Since Billy's law firm has a suite in the American Airlines Center, we were able to get fabulous (and free) tickets. Will was way more into it than we thought he would be. He enjoyed the elephants, tigers, motorcycles driving in the spherical cage, and the clowns the most. He spent the whole show standing in front of his seat, clapping for the various acts, and enjoying his snacks.

We had lots of visitors come by on Sunday morning to meet Miss Cate. Once Will warmed up to everyone he set about showing off his backyard, his dog, his room, and his toys. Here is Little Miss getting her weekly bottle from her Great Gramma. (On a side note, I recently gave Cate a bottle of pumped milk myself and she took it from me with no problem--guess she doesn't really mind so long as she's getting fed.)

On Sunday afternoon we took the kids to see Winnie The Pooh. Originally we had a sitter lined up for Cate, but when that fell through we decided to just take her with us. Will LOVED it! He brought his plush Pooh and Tigger and hugged them throughout the show. His eyes didn't leave the screen from the previews until the end of the credits (as you can see in our attempt to get a picture)
