We rang in the New Year in Oklahoma partying with Grampa, Uncle Ben, Aunt Honey and Teddy. Though the kids didn't make it until midnight, they sure had fun trying!
The ill-fated trip to the aquarium where the broken leg saga began...
Lucy started swim lessons, and she loves having an "activity" like Will and Cate. Oh, and she has declared she wants to do swim team like Will. ;-)
Fun with Easton and Ellie
Will celebrated his First Holy Reconciliation--we are so proud of him!
And Lucy picked up the Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel while listening to Will practice each night (she's a little hard to understand, but hilarious to hear a 3 year old praying to thrust Satan into hell).
First Annual Girls Trip for me and Cate--between watching Kinsley fly high at her cheer competition, lunch with Miss Peggy, and spending time with Bella at the Dallas World Aquarium, we did not slow down.
Emma was ready to get her cast off (and take a real bath!)
And then there's Lucy, sleeping with socks on her hands...oh boy ;-)
A little Cub Scout fun with the Pinewood Derby (car crossed the finish line on its own this year--whoo hoo) and a trip to the Camp Mabry museum.
Next up, a little Spring Break fun--Cousin time on Mount Bonnell
Hiking in the San Gabriel riverbed searching for the dinosaur tracks
Found 'em!
Trip to Oklahoma to meet Cousin Violet
and celebrate Billy's birthday... ;-)
While we were there, the kids got to visit Grampa at the State Capitol and get introduced on the floor of the legislature--very cool experience for them!
Jamming out to a kids' music event at The Domain
The kids decided to make Billy a costume to wear on his birthday, with a crest, light sabers, a bow tie and more!
Ended the day with a quick trip out to Lake Travis--pretty sure our kids could have thrown rocks into the lake all day long
