11 Months & Other Randomness

Lucy Lou is officially one month shy of one year old. She is on the move--started walking about a week and a half ago and climbs on anything and everything she can. She has 6 teeth now (one popped out the day after my 10 month blog post). Over the last month she started grinding her teeth, trying to stand in her high chair, and had a touch of RSV. Thankfully all three of those things are no more! When she's upset she tends to lay her forehead on the ground and doesn't really throw any full on fits just yet. At 10 months and 1 day she started clapping her hands and likes to fold them together during nightly prayers just like her big brother and sister. Baths have become quite messy at times with her splashing and the girl still won't drink out of a sippy cup. I'll have to start experimenting with some different kinds soon I guess. She likes to recline on pillows which is just so funny to watch and has developed a bit of separation anxiety over the last week or so, getting upset when you leave the room and having a bit of a rough night last night for no other reason that I could ever figure out. She is still taking three 7 ounce and one 6 ounce bottle each day but is eating more and more table food in addition to her baby food. That girl can put down some rotisserie chicken.

And while I'm logged in and blogging, I'll play catchup...

Will's first field trip--he was so excited about the whole idea of a field trip. Pretty sure riding the bus was his favorite part. (He's wearing a red shirt for Red Ribbon Week--not sure why no one else is...)

Lucy was not having this costume on Friday night at Trunk or Treat!

Trick-or-Treating pre-game pics

Since our neighborhood has a block party and doesn't trick or treat, we went and celebrated with some friends from Will's class--the boys got quite the haul. These two didn't last too long before we headed back to hand out candy, which Cate just loved.
