Red River Rivalry at SPS (Will's kinder class (OU) vs. one of the first grade classes (UT))
Cate and I had a special outing to the Dallas Children's Theater's production of Fancy Nancy. She seemed a little unsure at first but really got into it after intermission.
Will is taking a Creative Arts class this year (art, piano, and conversational French). Here's a little snippet of him practicing his piano.
Each year the kids' school has a 2 1/2 day Fall Break. We took advantage of it this year and spent a night at Great Wolf Lodge. The big kids LOVED their little cabin within our room. Top that with the waterpark and they were in heaven! Will loved all of the tube rides, especially the one that ends with a toilet-bowl like part. Cate's favorite was probably the "family slide" where we could all ride together. Lucy had a lot of fun on Day one (although I failed to get any pictures in the waterpark that day). That night she completely lost it and Billy ended up going back to the house with her to sleep. The minute they walked into the house and she saw that she was home she passed out. Not sure what that was about. Since she was already home, we ended up having Miss Peggy watch her for part of the next day so we could have some one on one time with the big kids.
This video is great!!! Viv was like a hair shy of the yellow line and she was bummed we will definitely have to go back next year
