Ladies and Gentlemen, we have ourselves a six year old. Yeah, six already. The kid now has to use two hands to show his age. And boy is he excited to be six. I'm not exactly sure why since nothing was ever labeled "You can do that when you turn 6". I guess just the idea of being a year older. There's something about him being in Kindergarten, wearing uniforms, and doing homework that makes him seem so old all of a sudden. He remains a sweet, sensitive, and loving little boy who has an increasing tendency to pick on Cate because boy does he get a reaction from her. While he is not usually moving 90 miles an hour like some little boys, his mind seems to be constantly going. He can really get off in his own worlds. Although he is growing up, he still has some of the adorable traits of young children like taking things you say literally (example: gave him his new SPS sweatshirt and he proceeded to wipe his ridiculously sweaty face with it since it's a "sweat" shirt). Size-wise he remains in the 70s as he almost always has been (75th percentile in weight at just under 50 pounds and 73rd percentile in height at 46 1/4 inches) (Ed. Note. check out his awesome shirt here).
On Saturday, Will had his party at Pump It Up. Even though like half of the parties the kids are invited to take place there, this was his request and hey, it's easy and the kids love it, so we obliged (Ed. Note. it was technically a Star Wars party in case anyone is wondering what's up with my shirt, Cate's shirt, and Will's shirt--the Force is not strong with Jenna or Lucy).
Even Lucy got in on the fun
