At 8 months and growing, Miss Lucy is a hot mess, but a stinkin' cute one! She is still army crawling about 90% of the time but she is getting much faster at it. Now that she is pulling up, even less stuff is out of her reach and believe me, she will go after it. As a result, her sweet face (and especially forehead) is gathering quite the collection of bruises. She enjoys giving her daddy high 5s and laughing at Will and Cate. The only food she isn't a huge fan of seems to be peaches, but yesterday I made her some "chunky" carrots and they were spit out. Not used to the texture yet I guess. At times I think she may be left-handed but it's hard to tell. She uses her left hand much more than the other two ever did, so we'll see. Over the last couple weeks she has become very verbal, and she only seems to make raspberry noises when we are somewhere quiet like church. She has always been a noisy eater and continues to be so. She recently began getting mad if you take something away from her--fun. But overall she is just the sweetest, calmest thing. She is definitely our most laid-back child.
