Our Lucy Lou turned four months old on Monday. She is growing so fast and is already 14 pounds 12 ounces (70th percentile) and 25 3/4 inches long (95th percentile)! She should be in size 2 diapers already but we've been finishing a box of size 1 this week. She is wearing some size 3-6 month, but is mostly wearing size 6 month at this point even though some things are a little long. She is definitely rocking the sleep department. She continues to sleep through the night (around 8-8:30 pm until around 7-8 am) although I do get up a number of times and pop her paci in to help her fall back asleep. At this point she sleeps on her tummy about 95% of the time and inches her way up until she pushes up against the end of the crib. Occasionally I find her burrowed up in a corner. When she is tired she turns her head in and burrows down near your elbow but is getting to where she is most comfortable, and falls asleep the easiest, if you just put her in her crib on her side or tummy. I still have never seen her roll from tummy to back which is so odd considering back to tummy seems harder to do.
Drooling has commenced and anything that can find its way into her mouth will although her favorite things are her own fingers or mine. She is still nursing full time and gets distracted by anything and everything while eating. You name it and it makes her stop and turn her head--dog barking, tv on, kids doing pretty much anything, me turning the page of magazine... So frustrating!! She definitely seems to think she is missing something. Like Will was (and still is when it's on), Lucy is a tv junkie. If it's on, her eyes are glued, which means it is rarely on these days while she is in the room. Lucy has started to sit supported (Bumbo chair or propped up) and definitely prefers playing in the upright position as opposed to laying on the floor.
