Today Will went to his first eye appointment. I came across this organization, InfantSee, which has participating doctors that offer FREE eye exams for babies 6-12 months old. There are a number of eye issues which can be detected by this age, so if you're interested in reading more, visit their website: www.infantsee.org (there you can also search by zip code for participating doctors). Will sat on my lap for the entire exam and he did great--At this point, his eyes are lookin' good!
Will discovered his stick horse in his room recently. It's a little big for him and he doesn't really play with it how it is meant to be played with, but he sure has a good time pulling it around...
and pushing it around...
and taking it under the kitchen table...
and carrying it around!
Oh my goodness. I thought the adventures of the stick horse caused a trip to the eye doctor! Very glad that is not the case! Will looks adorable. We miss you guys.
