Let's start with health. So, over a week ago, we were about to go to sleep and Billy commented that he couldn't wink one of his eyes like he normally can. Well, being the great wife I am, I told him he was imagining things and he was fine and to go to sleep. Well, by morning, the entire right side of his face was not moving. Diagnosis--Bells Palsy. Short story--movement generally comes back in 3+ weeks. Billy has been an amazing patient and has been so positive despite the uncomfortable side effects (blinking, talking, eating, etc).
That same morning the kids and I were planning on heading down to Tyler, so we went ahead since there was not much we could do. Traci and I had a great visit and the kids played wonderfully. It was a welcomed break from the chaos we have going on right now. Here they are after baths and before we hit the road back to Dallas.
Last weekend I was on Team for the Women's Spring ACTS Retreat, so Billy took a three-day weekend up to Claremore with the kids. They kept Gramma and Grampa VERY busy!

Apparently Laney sat like this the entire hour and a half the kids were at the library

A trip to Woolaroc with Great Gramma Stoia (and yes Cate came home with both items in her hands--the sheep is her newest sleeping buddy)
Stuff has really started to come together on the remodel of the new house. Most of the granite went in today, and they started painting the outside of the house this week (the weather has finally cooperated). Paint inside, the rest of the tile, etc. should happen in the next week or so. We almost have everything selected--it will be a glorious day whenever all we have to do is sit back and watch them finish. Our contractor has been very diligent about staying on time and on budget, which is good because...
we now have a contract on our house! If all goes well, the option period will run in a little over a week and we will be set for a May 15th close. If the remodel is complete in the original 8-week period, we will have about a week and a half overlap to move some things over ourselves slowly before movers come and get the furniture. I'll try to take new house pictures this week. Until then...

Great news!!!! Fingers crossed!!!
