A Wild Time

On Saturday, Billy's law firm held a firmwide BBQ picnic at the Zoo. We headed out early with Aunt Sarah in tow. Before we could even get out the door Cate (who had been up since around 5:30 a.m.) fell asleep while playing.



After a cat nap she was ready to roll!







Will has ridden the carousel a couple times now and he's completely hot and cold about it. One second he is smiling big and the next second he's saying "all done".





My favorite part of the Dallas Zoo is the ability to get up close and personal with the giraffes. Here's a video of Will feeding the giraffes (toward the end you'll see him throw a leaf of lettuce--that's exactly how he gives Laney her rawhide bones at night when he's trying to put a little distance between he and Laney's teeth, or in this case, that crazy long giraffe tongue).
