Our trick or treating crew
In other news, the kids are really enjoying swimming lessons this year. Things seem to have finally clicked for Will, and he is swimming about 15-20 feet each run, floating pretty good on his back, and jumping in, turning, and swimming back to the wall (all of this was first accomplished in the last few weeks after switching him to Mr. Armando's class). This is Cate's first semester, and she is already swimming like a little fish. She has floated on her own and swims over 5 feet. Here's a little video I shot--it's hard to tell but after Mr. Armando guides her into the water, he lets go and she is going on her own. Pretty sure Mr. Armando is going to get a nice Christmas present for helping them both gain such confidence in the water, especially Will who has really struggled with putting his face in the water while he swims.
